I updated ServiceManager, and it stopped recordng Follow
This issue refers to the following scenario:
You have AuraPlayer for a while, and you were able to perform Recording from ServiceManager. Once you performed update of ServiceManager, you are no longer able to perform recordings.
This issue might occur if you didn't update AuraPlayerAgent.jar.
It is recommended to update AuraPlayerAgent.jar on the forms server if you encounter this issue.
There are two ways to resolve that issue:
1. Copy the Latest AuraPlayerAgent.jar to the Forms server, and restart the Forms server.
2. The other way is to change the following settings in ServiceManager:
a. Go to Admin->System Management->System Properties
b. Change the following property and click 'Update Properties'
from:
SERVICE_RECORDER_QUERY = formsMessageListener=com.auraplayer.ListenerWS&record=names
to:
SERVICE_RECORDER_QUERY = formsMessageListener=com.OraPlayer.ListenerWS&record=names
