Symptoms: The recorder toolbar buttons are disabled:
Solution 1:
Make sure you already followed the instructions from the following articles: https://auraplayer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000805454-Internet-Explorer-has-modified-this-page-to-help-prevent-cross-site-scripting
and
Solution 2:
If the problem still persists, go to Start Menu > Configure Java:
On General > Settings > Delete Files > check everything > click Ok
On the Task Manager > End the jp2launcher.exe process > restart your Internet Explorer.
