Recording actions from the toolbar fail, and no action is being done

Make sure that The listener ports are not occupied (4444 and 4445 by default)
If your ServiceManager is installed on HTTPS server, then your action requests are probably blocked by the local AuraPlayer listener. You can enable it by performing "allow mixed content" in your browser. Please follow the instructions to "allow mixed content" according to your browser version.
