Error in sending message to Form Follow

This error means that there is no connection between the toolbar (client) and the Oracle Forms applet.

It might be caused by a various reasons:

1. Forms Server was not properly installed.
2. License expired or not valid.
3. Port 4444 occupied by other programs on the same machine.

Troubleshooting this issue, by opening the Java console and reading the log messages.
