Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Applications Follow

AuraPlayer IDP applications are pre-built template solutions that combine AuraPlayer’s Oracle RPA with AI-based document analysis. Typical use cases include Accounts Payable invoice processing and Purchase Order to Sales Order (PO-to-SO) automation.

These applications use OCR and AI to extract data from incoming documents (PDF, image, CSV, and email attachments), validate the extracted data against Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and post the resulting transactions through AuraPlayer RPA—without changing EBS code or relying on document templates.

Deployment requirements

Successful deployment requires:

• An installed and operational AuraPlayer ServiceManager
• Network access from AuraPlayer to Oracle EBS
• Outbound network access from AuraPlayer server to an AI agent (for document analysis)

Deployment process and prerequisites

Deployment is delivered jointly by the customer and the AuraPlayer team, as follows:

1. AuraPlayer ServiceManager
   Deploy ServiceManager in the customer environment, in accordance with AuraPlayer Prerequisites and Installation Steps.
2. AuraPlayer application server
   The IDP application is deployed by the AuraPlayer team onto the designated AuraPlayer server.
3. Environment readiness
   Complete the standard AuraPlayer prerequisites (infrastructure, connectivity, and access) before application deployment begins.

AI agent requirements

Document analysis is performed by an AI agent. The customer must provide a Google Gemini API key for this purpose.
