User and data management: How to share data between users Follow

In ServiceManager there are 3 user roles that are limited: developer, viewer and rpa_user.

The above users can either see only the data that they are the OWERS of OR see data that they are allowed to see. Here you can see the permissions link

It is possible to share resources between users. It would enable to create 'development groups', so they would be able to see each others resources. also it would be possible to allow specific viewers  option to view and use specific RPAs services and more.

In order to share data between different users, you have to do the following:

1. Create users with the required role: tomcat weblogic
2. Add Labels to the required resources that you would like to share: link

3. Click to Admin->Resource Manager

   

4. Click on the '+' sign and add a user to be assigned resources, and press 'OK'

   

5. Click on the 'Resource labels' line, and add the Label you want to share with that user
