User roles: manage access to ServiceManager data Follow
The following table describes the user roles available in the ServiceManager.

Legend:
- All actions = Edit/View/Execute.
- Own resouces = resources created by the current user.
- Labeled resouces = resources with a label that's been assigned to the current user (by a manager/admin).
- Access Management = allocating labels to users.
Compatibility:
- Resource management was Added on June 2025 (=labeled resources)
- Some roles have changed starting October 2024
