Error: We support IE9+ and/or exit compatibility mode Follow
Error when opening ServiceManager in IE: "We support IE9+ and/or exit compatibility mode", but you have IE11+ and you open ServiceManager.
There are two options to resolve this issue:
1. Remove the ServiceManager host name from Compatibility View:
- Go to IE Settings->Compatibility View Settings:
- Disable the checkbox "Display intranet sites in compatibility view"
- Remove the hostname of the Forms server from 'websites you'v added to compatibility view"
2. Call the Servicemanager by IP, and call the Forms by domain
- Go to IE Settings->Compatibility View Settings:
- Disable the checkbox "Display intranet sites in compatibility view"
- Add the hostname of the Forms server to 'websites you've added to compatibility view"
- Navigate to ServiceManager through IP
Alternatively: Use the IP of the application in IE
open cmd.exe
ping <hostname>
use this IP in the URL:
http://<ip>:<port>/ServiceManager
*** if it's not possible to change the compatibility mode in Ie, due to security restriction, then it is possible to access the ServiceManager via IP rather than the hostname.
