You have older version of IE Follow

There is an option to use a web UI that is compatible with old versions of IE:

• Log in to ServiceManager in Chrome or other new browser
• Go to Admin tab
• Click on "System Properties" button.
• Set the Field REDIRECT_TO_NEW_UI to false, and click on "Update properties"
