Update ServiceManager License Follow

Updating ServiceManager License

1. Login to ServiceManager:

Go to the “Admin” Tab →Look under “License Management” → Click “License”

2. Select the new license file, and upload it:

On older versions of ServiceManager, the license file is:  AuraPlayerPlayback.jar

On newer version of ServiceManager, the license file is license.lic file 

3. Validate that your license is updated:

Login to ServiceManager

Go to Admin Tab

Refresh the page

Check that your License Properties are updated:

* If the license was not updated, or you get license error on playback

Restart ServiceManager deployment from the application server:

Tomcat instructions:

Restart tomcat server

Weblogic instructions:

Login your application server console,

select ServiceManager deployment (click on the checkbox next to it)

Stop and start the ServiceManager deployment:

• Click on Stop->Force Stop Now
• click on Start->Servicing All Requests

3. Validate that your license is updated:

Login to ServiceManager

Go to Admin Tab

Refresh the page

Check that your License Properties are updated:
