How do I record a list of values (LOV)? Follow

To record a list of values and return as output on the service, you need to open the list of values window by entering % and pressing Enter or Tab

Don't click on the ... next to the input field (as below), otherwise it won't record

ServiceManager may not capture the output parameter in some scenarios, so you will need to add one manually on the Output Parameters pane, by giving the same name of the LOV window title.

e.g.: if the List of Values window title is "System Items", then you need to name the output as "System_space_Items" and set it as Multi Record.
